Your iPhone Screen isn't responding and you don't know why. Anytime you touch the iPhone's screen, nothing happens. In this article, I'll explain what to do when your iPhone Screen doesn't work!
Is it just an app?
Ask yourself: Is your iPhone Screen not responding at all, or does it just stop working when you're using an app?
If your iPhone Screen stops working when you're using an app, it's probably just the app, not the iPhone as a whole.
Your iPhone Screen doesn't work. How to fix it?
1. Hard reset your iPhone 11
A hard reset can temporarily fix small software bugs and crashes.
Press and release the volume up button.
Press and release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button. Hold the wait until the Apple logo appears on the display.

2. Close all apps on your iPhone 11
Closing apps on the iPhone 11 can sometimes fix app crashes and small software issues.
To open the App Switcher, swipe up from the very bottom of the screen to the center of the screen.
Swiping apps up and down the top of the screen can close them.
Check to see if your iPhone Screen works.
3. Delete non-working applications
Poorly coded apps can sometimes cause problems on your iPhone. If your iPhone crashes or doesn't respond when you open an app, try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

4. Put your iPhone in DFU mode
Plug your iPhone into your computer.
Open iTunes(PC or Mac running MacOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier) or Finder(Mac running MacOS Catalina 10.15 or later).
Press and release the volume up button.
Press and release the volume down button.
Hold down the Side button until your iPhone screen turns black.
When the screen goes black, hold down the volume and press the down key while continuing to hold down the side key.
Press both buttons for 5 seconds.
After 5 seconds, release the side key, but continue to press the volume key.
When your iPhone appears in iTunes or Finder, release the volume down button.
Your iPhone appears in iTunes or Finder and it's in DFU mode!
Click Restore and follow the on-screen prompts to restore your iPhone with DFU.
Check to see if your iPhone Screen works.
Back up your iPhone
It is important to back up your iPhone before performing any significant recovery, such as a DFU restore. If something goes wrong when you're trying to fix your iPhone, having a backup means you won't lose any data (like contacts, photos, apps, etc.). It's much easier to recover from a backup than to re-enter all the information you saved on your iPhone.
Once all of these steps have been tested, it would be great if your iPhone Screen could work again. But if it still doesn't work, it's time to get your iPhone Screen tested and repaired.
